Responsibilities
Deliver technical support and solutions with an outstanding customer experience.
Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Build strong cooperative relationships with your team and other departments.
Identify and communicate local growth prospects and maintain effective warehouse processes.
Contribute to the overall branch performance.
Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Experience in a retail sales setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong focus on customer service.
SAP skills are desirable.
Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded.
