Freelance Retail Designer (Catalogue, Digital & Campaign)

Melbourne | Hybrid (2 days onsite) | $500 per day | Start early March

I’m currently looking for a highly skilled Retail Designer to support an upcoming digital campaign with a major, well‑known Australian retailer.

This is a hands‑on contract role working across catalogue, email and point‑of‑sale creative, all within an established brand system. You’ll be joining a cooperative team and helping deliver a large‑scale seasonal campaign.

What you’ll be working on
Point‑of‑sale campaign assets
Working within existing brand guidelines and design systems
Collaborating with internal marketing and creative stakeholders

If you’re the right fit, there is potential to extend into photoshoot support, and longer‑term opportunities later in the year for key retail campaign periods.

What we’re looking for




Strong retail design background is essential and must be able to show this in your portfolio
Experience designing catalogues, email campaigns and POS creative
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and craft
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite 2 days per week
