Qualifications
Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children.
Hold accreditation to teach in a Catholic school, or demonstrate a willingness to obtain accreditation.
Possess the skilled knowledge, pedagogical expertise and interpersonal skills required to provide students with a rich, engaging and rewarding educational experience.
Design and deliver purposeful, challenging and differentiated learning experiences informed by the Science of Learning and aligned with the MACS Vision for Instruction.
Support and implement the principles and practices of the MACS Vision for Engagement.
Use evidence-based teaching practices to support diverse learning needs and improve student learning outcomes.
Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
