CAE is seeking an experienced Training Governance and Compliance Lead to drive governance frameworks, RTO compliance and quality assurance across a major Defence training program. The role focuses on ensuring training systems meet Defence, regulatory and industry best practice, while expanding CAE’s RTO capabilities.

You will manage audits, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver governance expertise and risk management.
