One Doorway in Paynesville, Victoria is seeking female Disability Support Workers with experience caring for children. You will provide high-intensity, person-centred support in home and community settings, helping participants live as independently as possible.

The role involves working with a team of health specialists to implement Behaviour Support Plans and other Allied Health Plans, supporting daily living, meals, personal care and mobility, and responding to crises as required.
