Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning of commercial, industrial and residential premises.
Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors.
Dust, wipe and sanitise furniture, fixtures and high-touch surfaces.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues or hazards to management.
Follow workplace health and safety policies and infection control procedures.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred.
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
Reliable, punctual and well organised.
Current Australian driver's licence is desirable.
