About The Role
We are seeking a energetic Human Resources Advisor to join our team. This role will primarily be supporting our Goonyella and Blackwater operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue standard employee correspondence
Supporting our project and office teams with a range of HR activities that fall within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, investigation and disciplinary processes, talent & succession processes, maintaining HR records and databases and setting up and maintaining reporting dashboards for our leaders
Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor on culture initiatives for our projects
Providing accurate and pragmatic HR advice across employee relations, workforce planning, culture and compliance
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick paced setting
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Please note: this role will require regular site travel.
About You
Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
3 years’ experience in a HR Advisor role
Experience using HR systems such as SAP
Computer literacy is essential, including the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to plan, organise and resource effectively
High level of initiative and the ability to influence outcomes through others
