Associate Structural Engineer in Newcastle office, supporting the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects in industrial, water, and energy markets. You will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Ensure project deliverables meet industry regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, clients, and other disciplines to develop cutting-edge and cost‑effective solutions.
Support structural asset management and assessment activities.
Develop and deliver project plans, reports, and design submissions.
Qualifications
Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Significant experience in structural design within industrial,
water, or energy markets.
Organised and excellent technical and communication skills.
Collaboration and commitment to continuous learning and career progression.
Ability to lead, mentor, and drive successful project outcomes.
