What You'll Do
Perform general administrative tasks, including stock control and ensuring accurate receival and dispatch of goods
Assist customers with pricing, product enquiries, and general support
Process counter sales
Support warehouse operations as required
Load and unload trucks, dispatch, and unpack orders and deliveries
Maintain safety processes and a safe working setting
Manage telephone and reception enquiries
Maintain a welcoming, well‑presented, and customer‑focused store environment
Support the branch on Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
What You'll Bring
Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and problem‑solving mindset
Initiative, creativity, and ability to get the job done
Genuine interest in Australian farming and agriculture,
ideally some knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
Driver's license (required)
Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
MR License (desirable but not essential)
Experience working within a customer service workplace
Effective written and verbal communication skills to build solid long‑term customer relationships
Problem‑solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
