As a Care Advisor at Mercy Health, you will use your organisational skills, budget management, and customer service abilities to support clients in the community. You will assess, refer, and support re‑enablement for clients, working closely with nursing and allied health teams.
What you’ll bring

Compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care.
Ability to nurture respectful relationships and collaborate within a team.
Experience in service delivery to clients living in the community (desirable).
Experience in nursing or allied health (desirable).
Requirements
A current Police Record Check.
NDIS Screening.
