What's involved
Lead your team in mowing and edging operations (4000D, Zero Turn, Push Mowers, Atom Edgers)
Work hands‑on alongside your team
Ensure works are completed to a premium standard
Operate and support the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment
Report progress, issues, and requirements to your manager
Pest and disease identification and treatment
Foster a culture of safety

What you'll bring

You will be a hands‑on leader with an eye for detail who takes pride in creating amazing green spaces.
Qualifications in Horticulture or related field is an advantage,



but your experience with a wide variety of mowing and garden maintenance tools and techniques is the key to success in this role
Team leadership experience
Solid commitment to safety
Valid Drivers' license is essential
