We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Refrigeration to join our high-performing team.

The Role

Provide end-to-end design-and-construct services for industrial refrigeration and process-cooling solutions across mining, food & beverage, and chemical sectors. Focus on delivering sustainable, energy-productive systems that support customers’ net-zero ambitions while ensuring high reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables across industrial sustainability, refrigeration, and heavy-industry applications
Lead the delivery of energy-effective systems supporting customer decarbonization goals
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones
Monitor financial performance and update forecasts regularly
Provide project updates to senior management
Ensure compliance with OHS&E; and QA standards




Maintain robust relationships with customers and contractors
Identify improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and disciplined work practices under time pressure
Actively participate in safety initiatives and address hazards promptly

About You
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on project management experience
Background in HVAC, Building Services, Oil & Gas, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control systems, ideally within industrial settings
Experience supervising installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to diagnose technical issues and travel to remote sites as needed
