About the Role

Our Media Sales team connects consumers with products & services across the property journey. We are hiring an Account Partner to strengthen relationships within the media services industry.

What the Role Is All About
Deliver year‑on‑year growth in revenue and client base within your specified agency and client portfolio
Proactively drive new, high‑yielding business by growing your client list through selling REA Media solutions to agency and direct advertiser markets
Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to pitch and deliver integrated, content‑led campaigns
Build solid relationships at all levels of your customer base, focusing on media agency planners and buyers, trading desk programmatic traders, and direct advertising decision makers within marketing departments
Work with the Media Product team to provide input into new product development
Work collaboratively with the Programmatic Solutions and Trading team to maximize revenue opportunities
Manage all internal projects and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and positive business outcomes

Who We’re Looking For
2‑3 years of experience in the digital media sales environment,



ideally with advertising media agencies and programmatic trading desks
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving industry and embrace continual change
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Solid, commercially‑oriented drive to succeed
Experience with Programmatic Solutions and Salesforce highly regarded
