Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives
Provide advice on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management
Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare sector
Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement
Collaborate on the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation
Analyse HR metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant





Selection criteria will include:
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Strong experience in a generalist HR role within a large organisation
Proven expertise in employee relations and workforce planning
A positive understanding of HR legislation and compliance requirements in Australia
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse data and provide practical HR insights
Passion for supporting people and driving positive workplace cultures
