We are looking for an experienced Trade Waiters for 'The Morrison' to work with an award winning team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

About the role
Able to run a section and manage a high-volume restaurant
Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
Training and supervising junior staff.
Ensuring compliance with licensing,



hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

About you
Excellent presentation and professionalism
Always in the detail with great communication skills
Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
Solid understanding of food and beverages
Positive can-do attitude
Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
RSA Essential
A relevant Diploma qualification or higher is highly desired
At least 2 years relevant work experience at a managerial/supervising role is required.
