An established and growing financial planning business is looking to appoint a skilled and qualified Paraplanner to join its cooperative team. The firm delivers holistic financial planning and tax-efficient advice to a diverse client base, including private individuals, professionals, and business owners.
This is a full-time chance near Brighton, operating on a hybrid basis following an initial training period.
You will work in close partnership with Financial Advisers and support functions, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality advice and client service.

Core Responsibilities
Drafting detailed suitability reports and review documentation
Supporting the implementation of financial planning recommendations
Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
Conducting technical research and investment analysis
Ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
Acting as a technical resource for advisers and colleagues
Assisting in the development and mentoring of junior team members
Monitoring market trends and product developments
Providing support to the Paraplanning Manager on ad hoc projects
Skills & Experience Required
At least 3 years' experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning workplace
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential)
Proficiency in industry software (e.g. Intelligent Office, CashCalc, Genovo, FE Analytics or comparable platforms)
