Responsibilities
Provide advice, workshop facilitation, and solution architecture of platforms setup, product structures, and customer segmentation for existing use cases and new opportunities
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to validate client requirements and planned scope, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities
Advise and develop solution architecture for use cases outside the current platform scope
Deliver supplementary training and enablement for client/partner teams based on requirements and planned products
Provide training in best practices, advanced analysis, and insights development
Review approach, design, and delivery of product structure, integration, and downstream system considerations
Create high-level design of the implementation approach for complex decisions
Provide ad hoc query support on platform implementation and SME guidance on related programs
Hands-on delivery on particularly complex or critical features
Senior roles may take on hands-on business architecture, product development, or engineering activities as needed
Build and maintain relationships with the client’s Business, Product, and Technical leadership
