The Prospect

We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Burnside Boutique.

Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading and developing your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity within a premium boutique environment, ideal for someone passionate about styling, client engagement, and retail excellence.

Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster

What You’ll Do
Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service
Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross‑selling
Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton’s visual standards
Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience




Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives

What You Bring
Proven retail leadership experience with a solid track record of achieving KPIs
Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume workplace
A natural flair for styling and passion for luxury product
Experience in recruitment, coaching, and team development
Confidence delivering promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
A positive and energising leadership style
