Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to join a high-performing tech team in a fast-paced, creative setting. You’ll be the go-to person for complex technical challenges, supporting both onsite and remote staff, and helping to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

This role is 100% onsite in Docklands, offering the chance to work closely with talented developers and technical specialists in a cooperative, cutting-edge workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, and user issues across Windows and MacOS
Manage incident, request, and problem tickets through their full lifecycle
Oversee workstation imaging, IT procurement, and vendor coordination
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Collaborate with global IT teams and bridge communication across departments
Assist with server/network upgrades, office moves, and technology rollouts





What We’re Looking For:
3+ years’ experience in desktop support (ideally in software development or creative industries)
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, MacOS, GSuite, Office 365, Zoom, Slack
Familiarity with tools such as JAMF, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD
Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Excellent communication skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to work independently
Bonus points for experience with VMware, Linux, Perforce, Visual Studio, Adobe Suite, or game development hardware/software
