Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse roles at Nurse Next Door Home Care Services . Nurse Next Door is a premium home care service provider that enables people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible, regardless of age or ability. We are looking to build our care team with experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Conduct Nursing Assessments

Skills & Experience
Community nursing would be an advantage




Subacute and disability experience
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations
Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours
Diabetes management
Dementia experience would be an advantage
Leadership experience is an advantage

Registered or Enrolled Nurse
CPR & First Aid Certification
Car & Valid Drivers License

NDIS Worker Screening Approval
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
