Maintenance Electrician - Solar Farm | New England, NSW

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a utility-scale solar farm in New England, NSW. This is a fantastic chance to build a long-term career within the renewable energy sector, working on a large-scale asset with secure hours, strong earning potential, and a supportive operational environment.

This role would suit an electrician with solar, industrial, or infrastructure experience, as well as those looking to transition into the growing renewables industry.

Details:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
$110,000 - $115,000 + super
Stable, long-term prospect within renewables
Local candidates preferred

Role:
Perform operations and maintenance activities across solar farm electrical systems
Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out electrical repairs




Support HV switching activities (where appropriately qualified)
Assist with maintaining site reliability, safety, and compliance standards

About You:
Fully Qualified Electrician (required)
Experience within solar, industrial, mining, or large-scale infrastructure environments highly regarded
HV Switching Ticket desirable
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Safety-focused, reliable, and hands-on approach to work
Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider site team
