We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy petrol station Speedway Granville. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is confident leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of console operators and store staff
Prepare and maintain staff rosters to ensure optimal coverage
Oversee stock ordering, purchasing, and supplier coordination
Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory control
Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Support training, onboarding, and performance management of staff
Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
About You:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role (petrol/convenience retail preferred)
Proven experience managing staff, rosters, purchasing, and stock control
Solid leadership and communication skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
