The Role

This is a challenging and vital role responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy, driving performance, and enabling strategic decision‑making across the business for 3 to 6 months. As Interim Finance Director, you will:
Lead the finance function ensuring robust governance and compliance
Own and deliver on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Provide insights to support business leadership
Drive performance through analysis, risk management and opportunity identification
Oversee financial reporting, including annual audits and sustainability reports
Manage cash flow, working capital and investment strategies
Partner with sales,



marketing and operations teams to enhance margins and efficiencies
Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing finance team

The Interim Finance Director

This role requires a CA/CPA qualified finance leader with proven senior leadership experience who can build trust quickly and challenge constructively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering results in rapid‑paced, dynamic settings.

Manufacturing or similar industry experience is preferred, along with international operations knowledge. The role requires commencement at the earliest chance.
