UGL is seeking 2 experienced Lineworkers to join our team supporting the Powercor metro distribution contract. This is a metro-focused position based out of our Tullamarine depot, servicing Melbourne's major distribution network. Ideal for Lineworkers wanting to step away from rosters, travel, or FIFO, and return to a structured Monday to Friday lifestyle. You’ll join a safety‑led, high‑performing team delivering essential network maintenance while enjoying consistency, predictability, and time at home.
Key Duties
Overhead distribution linework across the metro network
Live line Glove & Barrier work (where qualified)
Fault response, planned maintenance and defect rectification
Working on a busy, technically diverse metro network
Collaborating within an experienced, skilled crew focused on safety and quality outcomes

What you will need
Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead
For G & B applicants: Glove & Barrier qualification and live line experience
For Distribution applicants: solid overhead network experience
Victorian Lineworker Registration (Orange Card)
HR Drivers Licence
High Risk Work Licences: EWP, Dogging and/or Rigging (highly regarded)
White Card, First Aid, CPR and relevant industry tickets
Please note a pre‑employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening test, will be required.
