Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during deliveries.
Load, transport, and handle food orders carefully to maintain product quality.
Adhere to all road rules, traffic regulations, and company driving policies.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety issues.
Assist with in‑store duties such as food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and packaging when not delivering.
Process cash and electronic payments accurately.
Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy delivery vehicle.
Comply with workplace health and safety procedures and food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification and/or at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in delivery, transport, retail, or hospitality.
Valid Australian driver’s licence with a safe driving record.
Good knowledge of local roads and ability to use navigation systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a fast‑paced workplace.
Reliable, punctual,



and responsible attitude with good time‑management and organisational skills.
