We’re looking for a State Pallet Controller to oversee pallet management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across operations. As a key member of the National Pallet Control Team , you’ll be the go‑to expert for pallet processes in your state — driving best practices, supporting teams, and ensuring seamless operations.
In this Role
Ensure accurate pallet transactions and resolve discrepancies
Monitor compliance with national pallet management standards
Conduct audits, stocktakes, and process reviews for data integrity
Train and support teams on pallet control procedures
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with operations teams and trading partners to drive efficiency
You’re Likely a Match If
Solid organisational and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in pallet control systems and reporting tools
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or equipment control (pallet management experience is a plus)
