One of our Federal Government clients is looking for CMDB Developer Service Manager Expert in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Experience in CMDB Data Model, Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
Knowledge and experience in ITOM Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, Discovery Credentials.
Liaising with technical teams to analyse and implement change to integrate the Service Graph Connectors with CMDB.
Designing, reconciling and optimising identification for reliability and high quality work.
Reviewing discovery schedules, discovery status, and processing validation to ensure authoritative and correct correlated CIs are updated and to minimised duplication.
Provides advice, guidance and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.
