We are looking for an assistant on a casual basis covering weekend shifts and occasional weekday work. You will collaborate within a agile team to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.
Key responsibilities
Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays.
Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly.
Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards.
Essential criteria
Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (or willingness to attain).
Experience in healthcare food services.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.
Excellent time‑management skills.
Versatile to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
COVID vaccination certificate.
Working with Children Check required.
Current Police Check.
