We are looking for a energetic person to become part of our team. This person will be employed full-time in a Warehouse Assistant role. We aim to build on our reputation for quality and knowledge with an insistence on providing excellent customer service. This is a outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to begin or continue their warehousing career with a stable and profitable national company.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
· Heavy lifting and warehouse duties.
· Forklift operation
· Cleaning
· Deliveries
· Manual labour tasks
· Merchandising of stock
· Customer Service Sales Support - phone and in person
· Office administration – processing orders and booking freight
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
· Warehouse experience is preferred but we are happy to train the right person
· Enthusiastic and willing to learn
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Possess great time management skills and be highly organised
· Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
· Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
· Have a positive understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, liaising with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
