Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for team members who are passionate about helping others and eager to learn and grow. Whether you have a green thumb, are into DIY, looking for your first retail role, or even considering a career change, we would love to hear from you.

You’ll need:
A genuine passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers




An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and a readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)

Pay and working conditions:

Adults 18 years of age and older receive an hourly rate of $28.64. Age 15 or over is required to apply. Hours are adaptable and include late nights, early mornings and weekends.
