We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations, profitability, and staff performance of our service location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, maintaining strict safety standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of retail leadership, mechanical service awareness, and local business development skills.

About the Role:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop and guide the team to meet operational goals
Drive results by achieving KPIs and supporting strong sales performance
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
Use your product knowledge to build customer confidence and encourage repeat business




Ensure the workshop remains organized, secure, and operating efficiently
Maintain compliance with the Quality Assurance System and established service standards
Customer Experience
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving complaints and vehicle service disputes quickly and professionally.
Oversee clear and transparent communication between, technicians, and customers regarding repair timelines and quotes.

About You:
Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive service environment
Sales-focused with a robust background in customer service and performance outcomes
Dependable, proactive and comfortable managing and motivating a team
Current WA driver’s license
Automotive trade qualification (preferred but not required)
Available Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday mornings
