Due to high growth, this newly created Senior FP&A; Analyst has become available. Reporting into the Divisional CFO, you will be their 2IC supporting them with financial planning and forecasting, performance reporting/ analytics, commercial/strategic support and business partnering.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision making
Partner with business leaders to prepare revenue, expense, headcount, and profitability forecasts
Monthly management reporting packs/ dashboards/ executive performance analysis




Provide commentary and insights on variances to budget, forecast and prior periods
Assist with pricing, profitability and portfolio analysis across the business
Deliver scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decision making
Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders
Assist with implementation and optimisation of ERP, BI and reporting tools
Drive improvements in automation, financial processes and data quality

You will have 5+ years' experience in financial planning & analysis within a large, complex organisation, preferably in the financial services sector. You will also be CA/CPA qualified and be highly driven, collaborative, and eager to learn, with the ability to influence stakeholders through strong communication across all levels of the business.
