The Greenhouse in Newstead is our 3rd Brisbane restaurant at rebelo.com.au which has just opened. Our operations team have delivered and opened a flagship venue for Newstead. Our Kitchen team have delivered a layered & sophisticated menu that continues to unfold and elevate.

It's now time to add to this high performing team and find an Restaurant Manager to work along side the Venue Manager in this beautiful restaurant.

Minimum 2 years management experience is required.

You must be a manager that can work, operate and lead with excellence and quality. This is a 200 seat venue delivering a contemporary Australian menu, with an informal casual approach to the dining, wine and engagement.

You will be responsible for…
Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations,



including staffing, inventory, and budgets
Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Have a genuine passion and knowledge of Food & Wine
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
RSA/RCG certification is required.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience
Advanced or qualified level knowledge of European and Australian wines is required.
