We are seeking a hands-on Employment Hero Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration and rollout of the HR and Recruitment modules. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, develop an implementation roadmap, and configure the system using industry best practices.

Description

Lead the implementation of Employment Hero HR and Recruitment modulesConduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessionsDevelop a Scope of Work and implementation roadmapConfigure workflows, approvals, onboarding and recruitment processesReview current processes and recommend best-practice improvementsSupport system testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolutionDeliver training and knowledge transfer to key usersProvide go-live support and implementation guidance
