Role Description:
We are looking for passionate and talented Registered Architects and Experienced Graduates of Architecture, preferably with experience working on all project scales from single residential through to larger Class 2, 3 and 9 mixed-use developments.
Familiarity with the ArchiCAD and the Adobe Suite essential. Knowledge of rendering packages such as Enscape and Twinmotion favourable but not essential.
Your responsibilities will include technical design development and project management to ensure our work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Required Skills:
Registered Architect in NSW or a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience across all phases of project delivery.
Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD and Adobe Creative Suite essential.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong expertise in technical detailing, documentation, and contract administration.
Ability to resolve in office and technical challenges whilst nurturing design intent.
Excellent knowledge of NCC, ADG, construction materials, systems, and methodologies.
Experience liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and certifiers.
Proven expertise in preparing and managing detailed drawing packages and 3D BIM models.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
