What We are Looking For
2+ years of agency recruitment experience - you must have previous agency recruitment experience to be considered for our roles
Confidence generating new business, identifying opportunities and growing accounts.
Active listening - understanding what clients and candidates actually need, not just what they initially say.
Resilience, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Credibility in front of candidates and clients
