We're partnering with a growing full-service marketing agency looking for an energetic and highly organised Account Manager to join their Sydney team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced agency environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

As the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders while coordinating projects across Creative, Performance Marketing and Technology teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns and digital projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.

You'll also:
Build solid, trusted relationships with clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets and delivery through a project management platform.
Prepare briefs, scopes of work, quotes and project documentation.
Coordinate internal teams and external freelancers.
Monitor project profitability and resource allocation.
Keep clients informed with regular updates and proactively manage expectations.




Identify risks early and help drive successful project outcomes.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working directly with clients.

You'll ideally have:
5+ years' experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role within a creative, digital or marketing agency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
A proactive attitude and confidence to contribute ideas and challenge constructively when needed.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney - Hybrid arrangements (3 days in office) .

Salary ranges from $80,000 up to $110,000 + Super. This will depend on relevant experience.
