We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable officer to join our team at our North Fremantle on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
Reconcile uncollectible amounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Perform daily administrative tasks relating to accounts receivable in accurate and timely manner
Perform due diligence for new customers onboarding
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail




Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
Support other accounting and finance team members
Establish, develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Professionally and timely respond to all enquires and request from customers, suppliers

We would like to hear from you if you have the following:
2+ years’ experience in an Accounts receivable role
Proven experience with SAP accounting software
Excellent communication skills and time management skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Demonstrated experience in identifying prospects to improve processes in a Finance role
Solid numeracy and literacy skills
Solid time management with the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks
