Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions
Review drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
Manage RFQs and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare tender clarifications, scope reviews and value engineering solutions
Run multiple tenders concurrently while working to tight deadlines

About You
Minimum 5 years’ + of estimating experience within Australian commercial construction
Strong experience pricing fit-out and refurbishment projects
Able to independently manage tenders end-to-end
Experience with CostX, Cubit or similar estimating software
