Job Overview

We are a world‑class multidisciplinary engineering consultancy trusted to deliver Australia's most complex projects. This Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Services role offers an opportunity to lead the electrical component in multidisciplinary projects across sectors such as major health, defence, Brisbane's largest infrastructure projects, mission‑critical data centres, Olympic infrastructure, commercial developments, laboratories and specialist facilities. You will work closely with experienced engineers, build client relationships, mentor junior staff and progress towardProject Management or Technical Leadership based on your career objectives.

What We're Looking For

At a minimum, you'll have:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Building Services consulting experience in the Australian or Recent Zealand market.
The ability to independently deliver electrical designs and documentation across a range of building projects.




Experience leading the electrical discipline on multidisciplinary projects, coordinating with other services and taking ownership from concept through to project delivery.
Solid communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

If you are operating at a more senior level, you'll also have the capability to:
Manage projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for delivery, client management and commercial outcomes.
Provide technical leadership, mentor and develop junior engineers, and play a key role in growing the electrical team’s capability.
