DARE Disability Support in Current South Wales is seeking a Return to Work & Safety Coordinator to lead workplace safety, injury management and workers' compensation. You will drive return‑to‑work programs, risk management and compliance across the organisation, reporting to the CEO.
You will coordinate claims, develop Return to Work plans, liaise with insurers and regulators, and lead safety audits and training initiatives to reduce injuries and support meaningful work for staff and clients.
