IFYS is seeking a Youth & Family Support Worker to join the Reconnect Program in Maroochydore, Queensland. You will deliver early intervention services, support young people and families, and help prevent youth homelessness through family engagement and practical assistance.

You will manage cases, coordinate with schools and community partners, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Sanctuary practices.
