Our clinics within Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a Permanent Full time position working rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. The locations include Calvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital.

Key accountabilities include:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining solid working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Key selection criteria:
Previous medical receptionist background (Ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Current Drivers licence
