Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent service.
Identify new business prospects and support business growth.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best solutions.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates.
Resolve client inquiries and maintain long-term partnerships.
Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.

Applicants must hold one of the following:
Australian Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
