About the Prospect

Join our Technology team as a Finance Systems Analyst, supporting the day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Financials, Procurement and Expenses. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our ERP platform and integrations. Working within an ITIL-aligned setting, you’ll support incidents, monitor integrations, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.

What you’ll do
Provide application support for Oracle Fusion ERP
Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues
Monitor integrations and scheduled processes (OIC)
Support data interfaces, reconciliation and issue resolution
Contribute to testing, change and release activities
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and team processes

What you’ll need to be successful
Experience supporting enterprise applications (ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
Exposure to Finance, Procurement or Expenses processes
Experience with integrations (e.g. OIC, APIs, file-based interfaces)
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills




Experience working in an ITIL or service management environment
