Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + Superannuation

About The Role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include:
Build a sales and customer satisfaction culture




Team training and development
Stock management, and reporting
Implementing initiatives and promotions in-store
Managing and addressing human resources, rostering, safety and operational matters as they arise
Adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures

About You & Your Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Manager (or similar) position
Experience working in a remote/regional location
A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
Well-developed and professional communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
Ability to adapt to change
Solid attention to detail
Robust sense of teamwork
