About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop team, ensuring a smooth, skilled and friendly service experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Providing explicit advice on servicing and maintenance
Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and on time
Keeping customers informed throughout the day
Preparing job cards, invoices and maintaining accurate records
Managing service check-outs and payments
Assisting with warranty claims and service concerns
About You
Previous Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Automotive or dealership experience (advantageous)
Great time management and multitasking ability
Positive, solutions-focused attitude
