AbbVie is seeking a strategic and hands-on Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead to join the team in Mascot, relocating to the Sydney CBD in Q4, 2026. This full time role (0.8–1.0 FTE) champions a 'safety first' culture across office and field settings and leads psychosocial risk management and mental health initiatives.

You will independently lead strategic wellbeing projects, ensure ANZ WHS compliance, and partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights on safety trends
