An Australian business and one of Current South Wales' leading suppliers of quarry, recycled and landscaping materials. A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Officer to join the team and play a key role in supporting the finance function.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Credit Officer will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the credit and accounts receivable function. You'll be backed by a team-oriented and supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your work-life balance is respected.

Responsibilities
Managing accounts receivable and debtor accounts accurately and efficiently
Processing invoices and credit notes




Responding to customer enquiries and providing general accounts administration support
Using Excel to maintain, reconcile and analyse financial data
Contributing to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the credit function while working collaboratively with the wider team

About You
A minimum of two years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Debtors
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
