Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our café and hospitality operations and support our growing team.

This role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day food and beverage performance, delivering strong guest experiences, leading team development, maintaining service standards, managing stock and labour costs, and supporting the continued growth of the venue.





The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and senior management to foster a positive team culture while maintaining operational excellence in a quick‑paced environment.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or food & beverage management
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage busy service periods and lead large teams
Experience with stock control, labour costing, and venue operations preferred
Passion for guest experience and team development
Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
Current Working With Children Check or willingness to acquire one required
